When we speak to retailers, we always talk about cost: the initial cost of a device, the long term cost of ownership and, now more than ever, the environmental cost. We believe the new modular approach debuted in the Series 5 Pro Headset is the key to addressing these issues. In case of damage, modularity allows us to replace only compromised parts to minimise downtime and extend device life. This helps our customers make the sustainable choice and keep their costs down, while enabling us to produce significantly less waste as your provider.
These driving factors each influenced the design blueprint for Series 5 Pro, with experts assigned to the module area in which they are specialists to achieve the level of craftsmanship and retail focus that we know our customers want.
But further than simply increasing the physical life of our devices and the savings that creates, we can now contain the nerve centre of the headset within its own replaceable module, housing the main processor, digital signalling and radio components. This opens the door to introducing infinite new technologies and will allow our retail customers to keep pace with advancements in technology without shelling out for brand-new devices. Instead, upgrading the capabilities of your headsets will simply be a case of replacing one module within your existing devices.

The Series 5 Pro is made up of three replaceable modules, plus our new replaceable battery. This means we can target issues quickly and replace a single part to get your device back to work on the shop floor quickly. No complex diagnostics or repair time needed.

More device uptime
Unlike generic devices, Series 5 Pro has been tested in the environments that matter to retail. Proven to withstand 1.8 m drops onto concrete, submersion in water and -10 to +55 °C temperatures, it will resist damage and spend more time on the shop floor than any other device.
